Is the CARB annual fee included in a test price?

A testing charge and CARB's annual compliance fee are different items. Some CTCA CTC-VIS setup offers list the fee as included, so check the specific package and confirm what will be paid for your vehicle. A regular testing invoice alone is not proof that the annual-fee status in CTC-VIS has been updated.
