CTC Intelligence — Terms of Service

Welcome to CTC Intelligence, a service provided by ASAH Industries, Inc. doing business as Clean Truck Check Authority (“CTC Intelligence,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, customer portal, telematics devices, and subscription services (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Services Overview

CTC Intelligence provides a nationwide subscription-based telematics and compliance platform designed to help fleets and truck owners meet regulatory requirements efficiently. These Terms apply to all users, including individuals, fleet operators, and entities accessing or using our Services.

2. Account Registration

To use our Services, you must create an account through our online portal. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information at all times. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity occurring under your account.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments

To use our Services, you must create an account through our online portal. Subscriptions are billed at $30 per month or $300 per year per vehicle, with a 12-month minimum commitment. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with these Terms.

  • No refunds are issued for subscription fees under any circumstances, including unused time or early cancellations.
  • Early cancellations will result in the remaining balance for the term being charged in full.
  • All subscriptions require a valid payment method on file for auto-pay.
  • Payments are securely processed through CardPointe, our third-party payment processor.

If a payment fails, we will attempt to reprocess the charge within 3 business days. Accounts not brought current within 15 days may be suspended until payment is received.

4. Data Collection and Third-Party Services

To deliver our Services, we collect and process certain data through trusted third-party providers:

  • Pacific Track — Vehicle data such as VIN, license plate, SIM/ICCID, and device information.
  • OneSim — SIM and location data.
  • Firebase — User authentication and account security.
  • Railway — Hosting infrastructure for system stability and scalability.
  • CardPointe — Payment processing.

By using our Services, you consent to our collection and use of data in accordance with this Policy and applicable laws.

5. Limited Device Warranty and Replacement Policy

All telematics devices provided through CTC Intelligence include a one (1) year limited warranty, starting from the date of shipment.

This warranty covers manufacturer defects and malfunctions only.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage
  • Mishandling, negligence, or misuse
  • Improper installation
  • Physical damage caused by the user or third parties

If a device is found to be defective due to manufacturer error during the warranty period, CTC Intelligence will repair or replace the device at no cost. The defective device must be returned before a replacement is issued.

After the one-year warranty period expires, device replacements are available for a flat fee of $150 per device. This $150 fee also applies at any time for replacements due to loss, theft, mishandling, negligence, tampering, or accidental damage.

6. No Resale or Unauthorized Use

Devices and Services may not be resold, leased, transferred, or tampered with without prior written authorization from CTC Intelligence.

7. Compliance and Legal Use

All users agree to use the Services in full compliance with applicable state and federal laws, including but not limited to CARB regulations and FMCSA rules. Providing false information, tampering with devices, or using the Services for unlawful purposes may result in immediate termination of service and legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

CTC Intelligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, operational downtime, regulatory fines, or damages resulting from misuse of the Services or devices.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Orange County, California.
