Terms of Use

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Clean Truck Check Authority (“CTCA”) services, including CTC Intelligence, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Service Commitment & Cancellation Policy

  • All subscriptions require a minimum 12-month commitment.
  • If you cancel before the end of your commitment period, you will be charged the remaining balance due for the full 12 months.
  • Subscriptions are billed either monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select.
  • Auto-pay is required for all subscription plans.

3. Billing & Payments

  • You authorize CTCA to automatically charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
  • If your payment fails, we will attempt to charge again within 3 business days. If payment remains unpaid for 15 days, your account may be suspended or terminated, and the remaining balance will still be owed to CTCA.
  • All payments are in U.S. dollars.
  • No refunds are provided once service has started.

4. Device Terms

  • The CTC Intelligence device provided to you becomes your property upon activation.
  • The device is registered to a specific vehicle and may not be used on multiple vehicles.
  • If you require a replacement device, you must purchase one for $200.
  • Tampering with the device, using it outside its intended purpose, or transferring it to another vehicle may result in service termination.

5. Service Use & Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information (VIN, license plate, etc.).
  • You agree to operate the vehicle in compliance with CARB and applicable emissions regulations.
  • CTCA is not responsible for penalties or violations if you fail to maintain compliance.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CTCA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or devices.

7. Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.
