CLEAN TRUCK CHECK AUTHORITY

Inland Empire fleet and mobile Clean Truck Check.

Organize mobile testing around where your trucks will be available. Share the vehicle list, yard addresses and deadlines so we can plan OBD and opacity inspections without treating every truck as the same appointment.

The Inland Empire is a mobile service region, not a separate CTCA office. Confirm service for each requested address.

Organize the request by yard.

A single spreadsheet or vehicle list is a useful starting point. Group vehicles by the location where they can be tested, then add engine year, fuel type, deadline and availability. Identify an on-site contact for each visit.

When trucks move between yards, nominate the location where each vehicle will remain accessible for the appointment. Confirm gate instructions and schedule changes with the testing team rather than assume the technician can follow the truck to another site.

Separate the test mix from the truck count.

Engine and test details

Identify which vehicles need OBD testing and which need smoke opacity and visual inspection. Flag alternative-fuel engines, engine replacements or an uncertain test type.

Deadlines and readiness

Read each vehicle's CTC-VIS deadline. Let us know about an urgent notice, warning light, recent repair or earlier unsuccessful test before the group visit.

Confirm fleet terms before scheduling.

The number of vehicles on a company list is not necessarily the number qualifying for a particular appointment rate. Ask CTCA to confirm the applicable conditions, test mix and treatment of separate locations before accepting a quote.

See the fleet testing page for the information to send. Published individual services are described on the OBD and opacity pages.

Keep account work separate from testing.

If some trucks have a reporting, fee or account-access issue, identify that separately in the request. A fleet appointment should not be treated as an automatic resolution of every CTC-VIS issue.

Ask about CTC-VIS support. For a Riverside County location, review the address-specific mobile-service information.

Send the list. We will help plan the visit.

Request fleet scheduling or call (714) 603-3839.

For compatible vehicles, ask about AVG automated testing as a separate option. CTCA is an authorized seller; a device purchase is not required for a fleet appointment.
