When a vehicle needs to leave for a route, the important detail is when it will actually be available for testing. Include that window in your request, along with the contact who can provide vehicle access.
For gated or shared facilities, send entrance instructions and confirm where the technician should meet the vehicle. The team will confirm a suitable testing location before the appointment; a mailing address alone may not identify the right entrance.

Planning several vehicles or more than one yard?
Group the vehicle list by location and availability. Share each vehicle's CTC-VIS deadline so one urgent truck is not lost in a larger fleet request. Include warning lights, recent repairs or an earlier unsuccessful test.
Fleet pricing depends on the service and applicable appointment conditions. Do not assume a quote for one yard covers separate visits at other addresses.
Before you confirm
Confirm the address, on-site contact, vehicle list and time window with CTCA. Have your engine information ready and check the actual due date in CTC-VIS. Allow time to resolve a readiness or repair issue rather than leaving the first attempt to the deadline.
